Jeff Danford, MBA - Chief Builder
Jeff Danford is a 5th generation builder with a love of design, craftsmanship, and nature. Jeff has a professional background in real estate development & investment, construction, and finance. He started in the home building business 30 years ago as an apprentice and has since developed real estate across the East Coast. Jeff was born in Ohio and grew up in North Carolina. He has has lived in NYC, Chicago, Europe, and South America; and feels most at home while in the forests of NC. He holds an MBA and BSBA from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. In his spare time Jeff enjoys outdoor activities of all types, especially learning and practicing earth skills. Jeff is also a certified mindfulness meditation teacher. LinkedIn

Jeff L. Danford - Master Builder, Construction Expert, Manager
Jeff L. Danford is a 4th generation builder who grew up in a family with builders and carpenters on both sides. He built the first homes under his own license at the age of 22, almost 50 years ago. He has since built and remodeled hundreds of homes focusing on custom homes and high-end remodeling/additions. In the 1970s, Jeff L. and his father, Edward Danford, taught the entirety of a two year, hands-on homebuilding course at the Penta Career Center vocational school in which students built real homes. Jeff L. was also a Captain in the Army Core of Engineers where he was Company Commander, in charge of over 100 engineers. In his free time he enjoys fishing and boating.
